HOW ARE THEY MADE? BY HAND - ONE AT A TIME - BY TWO PEOPLE, RIGHT HERE IN CHICAGO, ILLINOIS.

We take great pride in hand printing each image. They're printed one at a time on a photo printer from the original 6, 10 and 12 megapixel digital image files. We hand assemble each card here in Chicago. They're not sent out and mass produced in a third world country.

They will be printed and shipped directly to your door in a timely fashion.  If there are any problems within the first 14 days after your order arrives, simply send me an email and return the products for a full refund or replacement.

Also, remember that several of the custom prints are cropped specifically for dramatic effect. This means that the prints will need to be custom framed in order for them to look their best.  When ordering, make sure to check the "Print Preview" function to see how the images actually print.
